Here are some images from yesterday’s bridal fashion shoot.  Dan Boswell and his assistant, Wes, were on hand to film the whole thing for use in my promotional video.  Special thanks to our model, Murielle, for her patience, flexibility and hard work (and for letting us shoot at her dad’s gorgeous house).  Murielle is an actress and you can see her in Anna in the Tropics at the Frida Kahlo Theatre.

After shooting at Caracol for bit, we headed back towards San Ignacio and stopped at the Rio On Pools for Christina’s trash-the-dress sesssion. Rio On Pools is this cool waterfall that empties into some small pools that are perfect for escaping the Belizean heat.

Saturday afternoon I met Rebecca in Del Mar for another Trash-the-Dress session! I photographed Rebecca and Jason’s wedding back in March at the Martin Johnson House in La Jolla.

Rebecca wore, hands down, my wife’s favorite dress. When I mentioned to my wife that I was shooting a TTD session of Rebecca, she shouted, “She is NOT going to ruin that dress, is she?!” Actually, the dress Rebecca wore for her wedding was tucked away somewhere safe and sound. The dress she wore for the TTD was one she had purchased early during her wedding planning, prior to falling in love with the one she wore for her wedding.

Sunday afternoon was spent shooting a trash-the-dress session with Shandra.  I photographed Shandra and Mike’s wedding back in March, and she was enthusiastic to do a TTD session once the weather warmed up a bit.  These images were shot on the east side of the bridge over the San Dieguito River in Del Mar, just west of the fairgrounds in Del Mar.  Thanks, Shandra!
